There is constant pressure to find and grow new talent, while we simultaneously deliver successful projects at the cutting edge of industry technology.

For our future success as a community, we must look back to the essence of our collaborative work culture. Entertainment production is a special brand of creative collaboration, one made of group problem solving, shared goals and charismatic leadership. Not everyone thrives in this type of work environment, but most will be inspired to see the camaraderie generated by collaborative endeavors. Individual success is meaningless if the group does not succeed.
